Cutnotes and Shoutout

What it is

Two small products we built and launched to test ideas. Cutnotes turns a client's WhatsApp notes, voice notes and emails into one timeline of changes for a video editor. Shoutout books Chennai creators for local shops and counts the customers each post brings in.

What is in it

• Cutnotes: WhatsApp exports, voice notes and emails become one list of changes with timecodes
• Cutnotes: notes that contradict each other are flagged for the client's decision-maker to settle
• Cutnotes: revision rounds are counted and priced, and the final file unlocks once payment is confirmed
• Shoutout: three fixed-price creator packages and a booking form
• Shoutout: every post gets its own offer code, tracked link, WhatsApp link and QR code
• Shoutout: a results page counting taps, chats and customers at the counter, with cost per response
• Shoutout: a team view of bookings and a roster of creators
