Platforms shipped since 2018
A small team thatships and sticksaround.
We are engineers, designers and delivery leads who got tired of watching projects get handed off and quietly rot. So we kept the team small and kept the systems we built.

How a project runs
No black box and no surprise invoices. You see working
software from the end of the second week.
Discovery
Two weeks mapping your process, data and constraints. You leave with a written scope and a fixed estimate.
Design
Wireframes, then full interface design, reviewed with the people who will use it every day.
Build
Two-week sprints, each ending in a working demo you can click through and comment on.
Launch
Data migration, training and a staged rollout, so nothing stops on the day you go live.
Support
A named engineer on retainer for monitoring, fixes and the next round of changes.
How we work
Three things we hold to, including the one that
occasionally costs us a project.
We scope before we quote
A detailed scope takes two weeks and saves both of us six months of arguing about what was included.
We say no to work we would do badly
If the right answer is an off-the-shelf product, we will tell you and point you at it.
We stay after launch
Most of what we have built, we still maintain. That keeps us honest about the decisions we make early on.
Let’s scope your build
Tell us what you are trying to ship. You will get an approach, a timeline
and a fixed estimate, usually within three working days.
