A hospital or family posts a verified request (B− , 2 units, Apollo Greams Road, needed by 6 pm); matching eligible donors within 5 km are notified; donors accept, get directions and a donation checklist. Donors see eligibility (last donation 94 days ago) and lives they've helped.

When someone needs a rare blood group in an emergency, families spam WhatsApp forwards that are hours or days out of date.
